Denver has over 100 art galleries that are unique and often overlooked. You can find art galleries in Denver that feature exhibits of clay pottery, prints, digital art, glass art, Native American art and more. Denver also has various art districts with different events.

Robischon Gallery


Robischon Gallery represents the most artists of the Denver art galleries. Since 1976, they have had exhibits featuring local, regional, national and international artists including Robert Motherwell, Robert Rauschenberg, Ann Hamilton, Zhang Xiaogang and many other artists. Their art exhibits include paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints and photography. Their exhibit program also includes art subjects like the rise and impact of Chinese and Middle Eastern contemporary art.

Plus Gallery


Plus Gallery features modern contemporary art. They are currently showing the future of art from artists that use unprecedented techniques and materials such as digital imaging, complex 3D printing and audience interaction. This unique art gallery is the place to view the latest in digital art.

Tam O'Neill Fine Arts


Tam O'Neill Fine Arts specializes in antique prints such as original historical engravings, antique maps, botanical prints, paintings and drawings from the first artists to capture the American West. Artists like Thomas Moran, John James Audubon, George Catlin, Karl Bodmer and others. They are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am - 5 pm or by appointment. There is free parking in the back.

PISMO Fine Art Glass


PISMO has the largest and finest selection of contemporary fine art glass in the area. This unique art gallery features fine art glass from artists like Powell, Chihuly, Tagliapietra, Kuhn, and Marioni. PISMO offers free consolations and there is free underground parking. They have three art galleries in Denver, Vail and Aspen.

Art District on Santa Fe


With all of the fine art galleries in Denver, there is one area in particular that is known for art galleries. The Art District on Santa Fe has more than 60 unique art galleries with art exhibits that include sculptures, ceramics, photography and much more. The Art District holds popular events like the First Friday Art Walk which is held on the first Friday of each month and smaller gatherings and art shows on the third Friday of each month. The district is located on Santa Fe Blvd., between 12th Ave. and Alameda Ave. You can see a listing of all events on the Santa Fe Art District website.
